There's nothing I love more than sports! I love how real it is and it's a reflection of life. There's winners, losers, and hopefully cheerleaders!

One important aspect of sports is the coach. This is the mean brute that will force you to do things "his way." But as we've gone on we've seen that there are multiple approaches to coaching. Basically just win. Each coach has to answer the questions "How do I win?" This is a great reflective piece for me to make me a better person. Here is how coach Tom Herman gets his team to win.

"“If your players believe in what you’re telling them, ... that will influence results,” https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/colleges/tom-herman-is-a-real-mensa-case-and-hes-got-houston-outfoxing-the-big-boys/2016/09/07/110acea4-751e-11e6-be4f-3f42f2e5a49e_story.html?postshare=711473360785931&tid=ss_in

It seems simple but having your players, employees, students believe in you is very important. I've been on both ends of this problem when people wouldn't believe in me. Sometimes I didn't believe in myself.

As I go forward I'm going to remember that when I give instructions or guidance, that the person on the other end better believe what I'm saying!
