Influencer Strategy
Influencer Strategy for Klein ISD Blended Learning
Goal - Daily blended learning lessons inside the classroom for all grade levels and abilities.
Measurement of Results - My pilot group creates a blended learning environment in their own classroom that has an ability to measure student progress.
We will know we achieve results when we have data from the pilot group that they regularly incorporated blended learning into their program, their MAP data (measure of academic progress) goes up, and their STAAR scores (Texas based academic standard testing.) goes up.
The vital behaviors we want to change:
Students receive part of their daily instruction online through blended, flipped, or other model.
Students demonstrate their learning through a blended, rotation, or other model.
Teachers track the student’s progress of both learning and assessments.
